Refund Policy

At Juice Business Coach, we are committed to providing valuable resources to help you grow your juice business. However, due to the nature of our digital products and services, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Templates)

All sales of digital products are final. Once the product is purchased and downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at support@juliansjuicebox.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

1-on-1 Coaching Programs

Refunds for coaching programs are available under the following conditions:

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before any sessions have been scheduled, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After the 1st session has concluded, no refunds will be provided.

To request a refund, email us at support@juliansjuicebox.com with your purchase details.

Consultation Calls

Consultation call bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.

Group Coaching or Membership Subscriptions

  • Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • We do not offer refunds for the current billing period or for unused time.
